The general terms of use apply to all internet pages and services of Pottval/Zeise Media.

    1. Pottval/Zeise Media strives to observe the copyrights of the graphics and texts used in all publications, to use its own graphics and texts or to make use of licence-free graphics and texts.
    2. The internet pages of Pottval/Zeise Media are, unless otherwise indicated, subject to the Creative Commons licence “Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International” (CC BY-SA 4.0). A simplified summary of the license agreement can be found here.
    3. All brands and trademarks mentioned on this website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the conditions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the registered owners. It should not be assumed that, simply because a brand is named, the trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties.
    4. The copyright for published contents created by users themselves remains solely with the author of the public profile page. Duplication or use of these photos, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the user.

  • § 3 Other conditions
    1. In addition to these general terms of use, our privacy policy and the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies - to the exclusion of the CISG. The place of performance is Berlin and the contractual language is exclusively German.
    2. Deviating conditions of the user are not accepted. Should individual conditions of these terms of use be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid conditions are to be replaced by those which come closest to the intended meaning of the invalid condition.
    3. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Du kannst dich für einen erweiterten Funktionsumfang auf unserer Internetseite registrieren, um persönliche Präferenzen, eine eigene Linkverwaltung und ein öffentliches Profil anzulegen.

  • § 1 Beschreibung der Dienste
    • Als registrierter Nutzer stehen dir folgende Dienste zur Verfügung: Du kannst deine von dir angelegten Links verwalten und eine öffentliche Landingpage erstellen. Ein Austausch mit anderen registrierten Nutzern wird nicht angeboten.
    • Pottval/Zeise Media behält sich vor, dich über Neuerungen innerhalb dieser Dienste und zu ähnlichen Angeboten per Newsletter zu informieren. Dem kannst du jederzeit widersprechen bspw. per E-Mail an .
    • Es gelten die folgenden Nutzungsbedingungen.
  • § 2 Registrierung
    1. Die Nutzung der registrierungspflichtigen Dienste von Pottval/Zeise Media setzt voraus, dass du dich unter Angabe deiner E-Mail-Adresse und eines frei wählbaren persönlichen Passwortes als Nutzer registrierst. Pottval/Zeise Media sendet dir eine Bestätigung der Registrierung mit einem Aktivierungslink per E-Mail zu. Erst nach Anklicken dieses Links ist die Registrierung abgeschlossen. Du kannst dein persönliches Passwort hier jederzeit beliebig ändern.
    2. Im Rahmen der Registrierung wird ein Nutzerkonto für dich angelegt. Darin kannst du selbst entscheiden, welche Informationen du anderen Nutzern offenlegen möchtest. Du kannst diese Informationen jederzeit ändern.
    3. Du bist verpflichtet, Pottval/Zeise Media relevante Änderungen deiner Angaben unverzüglich mitzuteilen. Nur so können wir vermeiden, dass deine Daten von anonymen Dritten missbräuchlich verwendet werden. Du darfst dein Passwort keinem Dritten offenlegen oder anderweitig einen Missbrauch deines Nutzerkontos durch Dritte ermöglichen. Solltest du Anlass zu der Annahme haben, dass dein Passwort Dritten offenbar geworden sein könnte, so teile dies Pottval/Zeise Media unverzüglich an mit.
    4. Du verpflichtest dich, die registrierungspflichtigen Dienste von Pottval/Zeise Media nicht zu geschäftlichen oder sonst gewerblichen Zwecken oder Versendung unerwünschter Werbung zu nutzen. Es ist dir ferner untersagt, in deinem Nutzerprofil Inhalte oder Abbildungen einzustellen, die die Rechte Dritter verletzen und/oder gegen geltendes Recht verstoßen. Du hältst Pottval/Zeise Media und den rechtlichen Domaininhaber von Ansprüchen Dritter einschließlich der Kosten der Rechtsverteidigung frei, die auf eine solche Rechtsverletzung gestützt werden sollten. Du verpflichtest dich, keine Daten zu übermitteln, die Viren, Trojaner oder sonstige Daten bzw. Programme enthalten, die geeignet sind, Schäden an Hard- oder Software von Pottval/Zeise Media oder Dritter herbeizuführen.
    5. Das Vertragsverhältnis zwischen dir und Pottval/Zeise Media wird auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen und ist von beiden Parteien jederzeit fristlos kündbar. Die Kündigung des Nutzers muss schriftlich oder in Textform (Erklärung per E-Mail an ) erfolgen. Im Falle der dauerhaften Einstellung eines registrierungspflichtigen Dienstes gilt der Vertrag auch ohne gesonderte Kündigungserklärung als beendet.
  • § 3 Öffentliches Nutzerprofil
    1. Bei deiner Registrierung kannst du optional einen frei verfügbaren Nutzernamen auswählen. Dieser Nutzername sollte mindestens aus drei Zeichen bestehen. Als Zeichen werden lateinischeBuchstaben (a–z), Zahlen (0–9), das Minuszeichen (−) und der Unterstrich (_) unterstützt. Die Groß- und Kleinschreibung wird dabei ignoriert. Dein öffentliches Nutzerprofil (Landingpage) kann über https://ze.is/@nutzername aufgerufen werden.
    2. Du verpflichtest dich, ausschließlich wahrheitsgemäße Inhalte und seriöse Angebote einzustellen und die an Pottval/Zeise Media übermittelten Informationen über das Angebot sorgfältig und ordnungsgemäß zusammenzustellen und dieses unverzüglich zu deaktivieren bzw. zu aktualisieren, wenn die Inhalte nicht mehr aktuell sind. Für Inhalt und Richtigkeit der übergebenen Grafiken und Texte bist ausschließlich du verantwortlich. Du verpflichtest dich zudem, keine Grafiken oder Texte zu übermitteln, deren Inhalte Rechte Dritter (z. B. Markenrechte, Namensrechte, Persönlichkeitsrechte, Urheberrechte etc.) verletzen oder gegen bestehende Gesetze verstoßen.
    3. Observe the information obligations (imprint obligation) applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB), DL-InfoV, RStV, TMG etc. You can set an external link to your publicly available imprint on your personal profile page.
  • § 4 Other conditions
    • In addition, the general terms of use of Pottval/Zeise Media listed above apply.

Terms of use for paid services

There are currently no paid services offered. The activation and free use of the “ZE.is PRO” service is by invitation until Pottval/Zeise Media only. There is no right for activation.
